About Andrea Ortiz

As a bilingual agent for the past 13 years and as a housing counselor previous to that, I have  assisted clients on purchasing and selling their properties, as well as teaching clients to build wealth with Real Estate. I have learned about and have invested in the area, and I have assisted people relocating to the Triangle. I understand training and coaching both to clients and to other realtors as a team lead.  It is a passion I share with all stakeholders in a transaction, because I feel it is a major milestone in anyone's life to understand what is involved in owning Real Estate
